David J. Noonan is a recognized leader in the field of legal malpractice defense, having successfully represented numerous local and national law firms in trial and arbitration. James R. Lance, founding partner of NoonanLance, was awarded the 2017 Best Lawyers designation for Commercial Litigation – a recognition he’s received continuously since 2013. Lance is a highly experienced trial attorney who has tried cases in federal and state court for both plaintiffs and defendants – having obtained several verdicts, judgments and settlements in excess of $1 million each for his clients.
The focus of Lance’s practice is complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis in real estate disputes, and he continues to represent individuals asserting serious personal injury and wrongful death claims.
