Noonan Lance Boyer & Banach LLP Elevates Genevieve M. Ruch To Partner

Noonan Lance Boyer & Banach LLP (NoonanLance) has announced the promotion of attorney Genevieve M. Ruch to a partner of its legal team. As the firm’s newest partner, she will handle cases related to business and civil litigation.

“Genevieve has a stellar track record of securing impressive victories for our clients and excels at giving back to the legal and broader community,” said Ethan T. Boyer, managing partner of NoonanLance. “She is an all-star lawyer, and we are fortunate to have her as an invaluable part of our firm.”

Previously, Ruch worked at the law firm of Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge, at which she drafted and argued motions, managed discovery, and performed legal research on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in practice areas that included general civil litigation, business litigation, financial services litigation and intellectual property litigation. She also worked for a national law firm, concentrating on legal issues related to mortgage-backed securities class actions, as well as served as a legal intern for NBC Universal in Los Angeles.

Ruch devotes a significant amount of time to serving legal organizations locally and nationally, including the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Leadership Development Committee and the American Bar Association’s Pre-Trial Practice & Discovery Committee. She is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego.

Ruch earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in business management from San Diego State University. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she earned many honors and was made a member of Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ruch was also an editor of the San Diego Law Review.
